Default Fuel rail set up, ls3 top swapped lq9

Hello all, i just have a quick question about my current build. I just swapped an lq9 into my 01 camaro, and am doing an ls3 top swap. I know that the ls1 style rail will not fit onto the ls3 intake, so my question is can anyone help me with choosing a fuel rail set up. I was thinking about a fast fuel rail and fuel line set up, and installing a fuel pressure regulator on the rail that way, but then i dont know what all hardware and which f.p.r to get. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you.

How much power are you after? If not much more than 500, the stock setup will be more than enough, and are easy to find.

ill probably be about mid/upper 400s. So youre saying the stock set up will be fine? So could i just use the ls3 rails then?

You will spend about the same on a new stock rail as you would a set of Holley rails and then have room to grow. I never like the FAST brackets (just personal they work), but the rails are fine if you like red. Or find a used stock rail.

Logic would have me think the same, but I try to apply logic all the time to the world around me and it bounces off.

I play the lottery when it's large with the same sort of logical hope.

I don't think the FAST rails will work with factory LS3 intake, but only works with their intakes. The Holley rails are a good value, look nice, and should handle anything you want to throw at it. I'm running them on my swap.
