Voltage is fine, curious about the commanded EQR changing between 6036RPM and 6048RPM. In my '98 calibration, the PE EQ Ration columns are in 400RPM increments. These scans were all with the same calibration?
First photo, 5854RPM, EQ ratio commanded 0.89, AFR transform reading lean at 13.66, voltage 13.60V
Second photo, 6048RPM, EQ ratio commanded 0.89, AFR transform reading lean at 13.66, voltage 13.60
Last photo, 6036RPM, EQ Ratio commanded 0.87, AFR transform reading rich at 12.07, no voltage

that last run I fattened up the MAF to see if it'd help. it somewhat did but it totally bumped up the 9K curve which isn't supposed to be like that. it caused the 8K to go from 12.x to 11.x to transition over to the 9K to compensate the leaning out issue.
after this nor'easter flies through i'm gonna plan another run with a fuel pressure gauge and logging it. I'm thinking about swapping back to the stock injectors, should I do that as well?

I'm prolly about 350-400 feet above sea level according to googling my location.
edit-the fuel pressure reading wont be til prolly next week after this nor'easter comes and goes. I did change my fuel filter last night in the mean time. blew through it and felt no restrictions as it felt the same as the new one.

thanks for the verification on the kPa. is the IPW correct for when running 42.5lb injectors or are they too low?
edit-I also noticed the TPS bar on the gauge display isn't registering? the gauge display I left mostly default and just removed the O2 bars as I wasn't using them.

Update. Hooked up the fuel pressure gauge and did a few pulls. Definitely losing fuel pressure above 75-80% throttle. Steady pressure at idle and cruise at 55psi but once i romp on it the pressure drops to steady 32psi which was around 13.5afr. Here's what i swapped thus far in this thread leading up to hooking up the fuel pressure gauge:
Originally swapped to gtp injectors to run e85 and that was when i noticed the lean issue
Swapped out the used (i know ill get flack for it) walbro 255lph fuel pump back to stock
Replaced the maf with new one but since no change, swapped the original back in
Replaced fuel filter
Installed caspers easy performance fuel pump relay harness
I'm out of ideas. Should i get a new stock fuel pump from parts store or get the racetronix fuel pump upgrade kit?
