Fuel Pump Help
I'm needing to replace the fuel pump on my 98 Camaro, I had a Walbro in it previously but was also looking into the Racetronix one also. I've noticed the Racetronix is rated up to 600hp, I'm prob gonna go for around 700hp so any recommendations? Thanks for all your help in advance.

There's a Racetronix with a 340lph and the C5 return setup, that WS6store sells as a kit. That might cover you up to about 700. I am hoping I may be close to 600 once everything is ironed out and if the 255 doesn't hold enough pressure at WOT I will go up to the 340 kit.

I have the WS6Store340 kit but not installed yet. I recall Mike said it would take me to 800 rwhp. But after that there is the single 450 too supporting more rwhp, so don't see why now so many opt for a more expensive and complicated dual pump setup unless of course you are going for BIG BIG rwhp or E85.
The single 340 and C5 return setup is less expensive leaving more green for other things. The savings would almost cover a set of injectors (60s).
An important item to change with any kit is the upgraded bulkhead connector needed to handle the additional voltage required by the bigger pumps. It's the weak point. I'm not sure if it is included with the standard 98-99
Racetronix kits compared to the 340 kit that includes it. Probably should ask first.
I think Speed Inc has a dual pump kit too.
Edited: According to the WS6Store - Racetronix does include the upgraded bulkhead connector now to handle the additional amps required for these larger pumps. It is included in the kit for model years 99-2002.
