Rating vs marketing.

Almost all injector manufacturers rate their injectors at 3 bar. A lot of them now also give flow rates for 4 bar because of the amount of OEM fuel systems that operate on 4 bar of fuel pressure.
Companies selling injectors to the LS crowd usually give the flow rating at 4 bar. When you hear people talk about flow ratings on the stock injectors, they're almost always talking about 4 bar.
A good example, the OPs LS2 injectors are rated 33 lbs @ 4 bar. This is why people say the LS2 injectors are 33 lb injectors. They are rated 28 lbs @ 3 bar directly from Bosch, part number 0280158049.

Always learned you get more bees with honey and if you need help it's best to be humble and keep your mouth shut instead of waiting to talk

There are a lot of 30something # injectors marketed to the GM crowd as 42's because of the 58# rail pressure. I was unaware that 28s are marketed in a similar manner.
OH so I was an idiot to ask if I needed to change the injector data? that was my OP. not what size. I think every can see who the idiots are.

1) Guy posts a question asking for help
2) Receives answer that he doesn't like, acts like he already knows everything
3) Insults the guy who answered him

Someone ban this dude. The kind of toxicity in these forums is completely unnecessary.

Why ask the question in the first place? were you looking for positive reinforcement to the decision you already made?

Some folks.

There is a large group of people who believe the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. I'm glad to see you understand that you have a problem. Pardon me for using such a harsh term as "idiot", but it fit the bill. Now if you want to advance your understanding of what you are doing, search this forum. It has over a decade of good info mixed into the random bs you find on any internet forum.
