ws6 store says none available ....emailed lonnie....no reply yet

went to the GM dealer down the street from me.....fuel pumps are not a separate available item.....however if you need the lower half of the bucket it is available

guessing GM wants you to buy a new bucket every so often to replace all the internal parts that are not available separately

a new bucket from delphi is 250$ off rock auto

is the racetronix kit compatible with a new bucket ?

I thought that he would.

Did you suggest to him to keep these as spares when he does conversions to duals or larger pumps so he can resell to those where the stock one has failed?

Good to hear that you got what you needed.

The racetronix instructions say that if the sleeve doesn't fit the racetronix pump, to just make a long vertical cut along the full length of the sleeve.

It's not that the sleeves don't fit. Its that after twenty years of being in gasoline the stock sleeve deteriorates and can't be used leaving the pump just hanging in the fuel module when upgrading to a larger or more efficient pump (larger capacity - not necessarily larger dimensions). Apparently the rubber form fitted stock sleeve can't be replaced. Only option is to find a used one.

Lonnie stepped up to the plate and sent a couple of used ones to the OP.

Please type in "367R fuel pump" on ebay. The rubber sleeves are plentiful, and come in a $13 kit along with hoses, filters, and even a fuel pump. Now I don't recommend using the pump, but the rubber sleeve that comes in that kit should work just fine as a replacement.

Thanks for clarifying.

This information should be a sticky for those who encounter same issue as you did.

Perhaps Lonnie could post information that he does have replacements in stock.
