P0300 code

I have a 2006 CTSV, I have kooks long tubes, high flow cats, running ngk 7 spark plugs as I am tuned to run a 75 shot. Car has been on a trailer for about 2 weeks as I have just moved cross country. Went to drive car to gas station and started misfiring terribly bad, I have never had a problem before with the car. And it just started throwing a P0300 code. Pulled all the plugs and they don’t look too terrible and wires look fine. I am about to replace all of them. And every once in awhile I will mix a little bit of 110 with 93 gas. I know it’s scrabbled but any options would be awesome.

I guess you know by now the P0300 is a "random misfire" code, which seems obvious. Check ALL loom connections, as a ground might have gone bad, just enough to not connect all the time, or a connector might be just slightly loose.

All engine harness related ones, yes.

When your V sat for 2 weeks, what fuel were you using before it was sitting?

well your injectors shouldn't be clogged or dirty just from 2 weeks of sitting using that gas, that can be checked off the list.

Ya I didn’t think so. But only thing was we were moving from va to Cali and I drained most of the gas out so it was on pretty much beyond E and I drive to gas station. So maybe it sucked sowmthimg up in fuel pump?

I doubt it, only things I can think of for a misfire are injectors, plugs, coils, connections or maybe a vacuum leak ? Im sure someone with more knowledge will jump into this thread!

Why are you running plugs that are two steps colder than stock when you only have a 75 shot? Honestly, with proper tuning, stock heat range plugs would probably work and be much better about self cleaning and firing correctly. Even splitting the difference at a 6 heat range would be much better for drive quality and plug cleaning.
