Default Holley 3 bolt Throttle Body

Checking if anyone has experienced squealing with IAC port on the sniper 85mm throttle body PN 860024? Once the temp rises and the IAC closes the noise stops. My stock TB did not squeal as didn't the BBK 80mm I replaced with the Holley unit. Tech support advised the port may be dirty interfering with the function of the internal valve and maybe try some wd40 on the shaft, port was clean. I'm no gee wiz engineer however comparing the exhaust (outlet side of IAC) ports between the three the Holley is considerably smaller. I really like the pedal feel and response of the Holley and would rather correct this issue than replace the unit. Anyone experience this and if so how did you correct it short of replacing the unit, my first thought is to enlarge and smooth the edges of the port.

You have the right idea. Do a little port and polish on the Holley and you should be OK.
