Default BG 44k fuel cleaner?

My friend gave me a can of BG 44k engine fuel treatment part # 208 from the dealers was wondering if this was safe to run in our cars? got 18k on my clock.

Yes it is and its also one of the best if not the best treatments on the market. Helps clean alot of the build up of carbon out. Ive noticed alot more carbon buildup on teardowns here lately then used to be. Its all due to high gas prices and more readily Reformulated Gas's that are now the product of the higher gas prices.
