What's the problem?
 

I have an issue that I need help in. When my fuel tank if full, or anywhere above the half-way line, I can really feel they power of the car. Once it hits half-way and below, it just doesn't feel the same. The power just seems to decrease. It doesn't do this all the time, but it does it alot. thanks..
