fuel injectors blown ??

gettin fuel injectors blown out.. is anyone fermiliar with a process where a mech. shop pours a cleaner in ur fuel injectors then hooks a compressor up to them..sumthing like that, and it suposedly blows all the crap out through ur tailpipes..not sure.. theyre asking 100$ for it..good move or not?
