Default i have 60lb i need 32lb injectors????

i just found out that in injectors i have in my car are 60lbs, which are way it big is what jason was telling me over at extreme. he is still trying to get them to program, but i might have to get some 32lb injectors, or something smaller then 60lb, does anyone have some injectors that will help me, or have any suggestion what i should do? thanks rudy

exactly, I plan to upgrade to 60's when my new motor goes in.

they can be a touch trickier to tune at idle Ive been told, but not impossible.

and if you do decide to go smaller, I wouldn't go smaller than 42's.

My suggestion would be to find another tuner after advice like that.

I'm running 72's and they tuned with no more problems than the 50's.

With any forced induction LS engine, you would not want to run something as small as a 32lb injector? Are you sure you don't mean a 42lb injector? In any case, there is no reason not to run the 60lb injectors that you have, and they are normally quite easy to tune with. 42lb injectors can be close to being maxed out quite easily, stick with the 60's. With the wealth of info on how to tune IFR's we have in the tuning forum, how can he not be able to tune them? Its not hard at all to tune them. I agree with everyone else that you should stick with the 60's and not even think about 32# injectors.

call them and ask what they're flowed at and what the fuel rail pressue they use. could be and more than likely will be different than our 58psi since they're ford injectors. http://www.python-injection.com/nf/html/contactUs.cfm

Just got off the phone with them and they flow them at 40-42 psi. With our fuel pressure, they'd be more like 70# hope that helps./

i just got off the phone with my guy, he said its the fact that im only going to be runing 7lbs of boost and its overkill for my car, so im just going to trade for some svo 43's. which should work perfect.

You got a lot of similar, tried-and-true advice here to be ignoring it...

He said you're ignoring everyone that says to stick with the 60#ers.

I would listen to these guys that have been there first...but it's your car.

i suggest find as much info on them and then find a different tuner. there's no reason to go to 42's boost is addicting and you'll want more once you get bored with 7lbs.

I agree, you may not fully need the 60lb injectors with your current combination, but most of us are never satisfied, meaning you may end up buying the 60's in the future when you upgrade your combination. Bob
