Default Moving FPR to external, any good writeups on parts needed?

Since I have all the parts I need for a 99 fuel tank in my 98 car, I'm going to take this opportunity to replace the internal fuel pressure regulator with an external unit in hopes of solving that mysterious fuel pressure drop after extended running. So does anyone know what fittings I might need to remove the fuel tee and just run a coupling there. I'm thinking about putting an aeromotive universal bypass regulator up front and just usnig the old evap line, or a used 4an nitrous line for the fuel return. But how can I hook up the evap return line to the fuel return line at the tank. Aren't they different connection sizes?

Any advice from someone thats done this before would help.

Thanks
