98 tank, need to add 2x -10AN fittings What do I need to do? I have found these fittings on jegs

It looks like I can just drill a hole, and install them in my 98 tank with no problems
I don't want to have to reseal the tank after welding a sump on, if im going that far ill just buy a fuel cell which I plan on doing eventually anyway.
Will these fittings work or is there a better way?
