Default Can i add a different brand pump to my fuel system?

I have a Walboro 255 intank pump... I was wondering if i can add a Bosch pump next to the maxed out single 255. The reason is that the bosch hold higher FP better than the walboro. Do you guys think this should work or help to sustain 74-76psi of FP at 14-15psi better than just adding another walboro?

what bosch?

if you add any pump it will help... at your hp level you could probably still get away with an in line

The Bosch 420L intank pump. I would like to know if I can add it next to the 255 intank pump in the tank without a problem? I never heard anyone using two different intank pumps before? We are going to hot wire both of them to give them the highest voltage possible.

Or do you think its better to boost refrence the Bosch 420L pump whenever we boost move past 8psi its gets online?

Which way is easiest?

I dont think an inline would be enough. When it made 630rwhp we stopped the pull at 6K RPM and the HP was still climbing. The FP dropped from 62psi to 40psi at 6K RPM even though the Intank pump is hot wired. The limiter is set at 7K RPM so im expecting to see another 2psi or so and maybe 650rwhp on a Mustang Dyno if the stock bottom end holds up lol.

That would work it is a big pump to try and get into the tank. Another Walbro will get you to about 900hp with some other mods to the fuel system. lines, regulator, rails...

I got -8 AN feed lines, Fuel Rails, Using stock feed for return, FPR 1:1 and thinking about which intank pump to support the one (255 intank) i have now. Im running 60lbs injectors so i will need to run 74psi at the least at full boost so the 60lbs will supply me when the fuel needed. My worries is that the Walboro doesn't like to run at that high FP which will force me to change injectors again. I was hoping for the bosch 420L to help maintain the high FP i want to run so i can keep the injectors i have.

What do you think ?

With a SC setup and at what FP? Don't forget the SC uses more fuel at a giving level of HP than a turbo or N/A.
