Lean Fuel..what do i do?

Lean Fuel..what do i do? I have a 2000 trans am..Well i put in the slp ram air kit and i have a 80mm bbk throttle. I also took out the screen on the mass airflow sensor. Now my service engine light comes on cuz my fuel is running to lean.....i put in the 160 thermostat to richen it up but didnt work..Can anyone help me beside taking it through dyno tune?

Hook a scanner up and see whats going on. Seems like your MAF didnt like the descreen. I would unplug the MAF, reset the PCM, and drive around while like that. Then go get the codes checked and see if the lean code is back. If the lean code is there with the MAF unplugged then it is something else.
Those little bit of mods should not require a tune. The PCm should be able to use the fuel trimming to compensate for any extra fuel that is needed.
Oh, and clean the MAF wires with some electrical cleaner too.
