Ok i got my new injectors in the mail today. On a few of them the plastic piece that goes over the tip is cracked. Is the the plastic nozzle thing critical? Can i use the tip off my stock injectors? What do you suggest? Other then sending them back. Thats my last option, it took long enough to get hem.

Mine had a tiny crack on 2 of them and I just used a tiny bit of epoxy on it. You will be fine doing that, just be careful not to get any epoxy/glue on the opening.

Thanks. Can i just take the cap off? Or do you know. I would feel better if i didnt have to put something that might come off into my motor.

What kind of injs are you referring to? Once the plastic cap is cracked, it may no longer grip the inj well enuf to stay..
Trying to remove the caps usually results in them being broken, or pulled out of shape.
The cheap way is to replace them.
I always change them when cleaning and flow testing a customers injs..
I keep most all types of caps, filters, and o'rings in stock. Let me know what you are dealing with.

Its just the pintle cap that cracked. I talked to the company i ordered them from they are over nighting me replacements. I still have to check out the bady to be sure there is no damage. Thanks.
