Smell of Gas

I have a 98' TA with a six speed. After about 10 minutes of driving, if I roll the windows down, I can smell gasoline. The smell of gas is not present while idleing, I was wondering if anyone could provide a possible explanation for this.

You may have a leak in the EVAP system.
