Default Optimal Air

I hope that I have this question in the right catagory.

As in baseball air plays a major roll in how far a ball will travel. The thinner the air, the farther the ball will travel. That would be the ideal situation, say as in Colorado.

When it comes to optimal conditions for a motor to make HP and TQ......what would be the best possible conditions for this to occur? Geographically speaking, where would optimal air conditions take place, and what would optimal conditions be? Thick air, thin air...above sea level, at sea level, or below; and at what temperature and why? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Default Re: Optimal Air

Cooler, denser air makes more ponies at your rear wheels.... as you go up in elevation, air is less dense. Find a cool, low place and lite em up.
