Hot Wire kit question?
Hot Wire kit question? I was wondering if I was to buy racetronics hot wire kit would I have to drop the tank again and install it or what? I already have installed the walboro 255lph pump and had a exhaust shop weld my sts turbo on. I didn't realize I would getting close to maxing the pump out with 5 p.s.i.

I have Caspers Hotwire kit that does not go all the way to the top of the tank it connects in at the body plug. But if you are running out of fuel already just adding a hotwire kit is not going to make you much more power.

Well Im just doing what my tuner told me to do. I was thinking about putting a cam in there also you think with a cam and 5 p.s.i. I would be ok on the walboro 255lph 42# lucas injectors and a hot wire kit? I just don't wanna have to pull the damn tank again!!!!!

Well I was told that a boost-a-pump really won't do ****. I have no idea about this but, just what I was told. But, if I could just put I guess that Caspers hotwire kit I would be good. Hey Nasty N8 how much do you sell those hot wire kits for?
I guess you did not read nate's post (hot wire kit not going to help)and if your tuners says a boost a pump will not do **** on a boosted car, I suggest you run while you still have a running car because he does not know what he is talking about and that statemtnt there would be enough for me to not have him touch my ride. now a kennybelle bap is boost is boost referenced, unlike a hot wire kit that boost voltage all the time a little, the kennybelle adds voltage at boost, plus there is a in cabin dial to boost the pump rich or lean up to 50 percent, so you dial the thing up till you are no longer running out of fuel. this is the best solution for you.
