When installing aftermarket fuel lines for feed and return. did you guys take out the old lines or did you run the new line next to the old ones and zip tie them together. Also did you put them behind the heat shield on the driver side. Thanks

Nasty, What type of sealer did you use for your fuel lines? Did you have any problems with them leaking?

Not much to see here, but that was the idea. Running a Racetronics intank and hot wire; '97 Vette return and rag at the rails. Pic shows the modified FRCs, which have the second line now. No one has ever picked up on the fact that the fuel system is upgraded, just the way i like it.

Here's a pic of mine. Pretty straight forward. -8an supply into the drivers side rail, crossover in back to a speed inc regulator up front and a -6an return. You can see the -4an line off the regulator going to my autometer sender.

Yes, 3/8NPT to -6AN on the rails, then 90° -6 fittings onto those.

I bought my adapter fittings yesterday from Summit. They're Aeromotive. They're gonna adapt the feed (3/8") to -8AN and the other is going to adapt the return (5/16") to -6AN. Both were like $35 each.

Here is mine. The nitrous solenoids were just mounted but not wired. Hence the loops of wire.
When you plumb your system, be sure and use a -8 line for your crossover in the rear. The ID of the crossover line should be as close as possible to the ID of the fuel rail. Your feed and return lines can be smaller, but the crossover needs to be the same.

Here is my setup thanks to Nasty Nate. Purchased the entire Stage 2 Race/Street kit from him

MagnaFuel 4303 fuel pump(2000hp)
NastyPerformance LS1 Fuel rails
Magna Fuel Y-fitting -10 in 2 -8 out
Aeroquip -10 braided stainless feed fuel line
Aeroquip -8 braided line
Aeroquip -6 braided stainless return fuel line
96# Siemens injectors
NastyPerformance F-Body Race tank

The car is just about done, finally fired up the other day with the turbo and all, just waiting on the video of the engine starting. This build has been ongoing due to several delays in turbo kit parts etc, but is nearing a finish.

I know you said just engine bay pics, but here is also some pics of the tank and fuel pump underneath.
