My strange gears were really quiet in my M6 car. Setup is the key to quiet gears. If they aren't setup right, any brand will be noisy.

I second the vote for Strange... my 4.10s are a little noisier after several passes at the track, but they're still good.

for your 10 bolt there's nothing better then good old genuine GM gears.IT's what i put in my own car and i build rears quite often and would use no other. Quiet and strong!!

I've used Strange and Motives. The Stranges were slightly noisy, but that was a setup issue. I've seen Strange be perfectly quiet. My Motives were very quiet also until I put some slicks on, but they still arent bad...no worse than my stock 3.42s. I've never used GM gears so I can't comment on those. Just dont buy the cheap *** Motives that are under $150. I've thought about trying Richmonds just to see if they are as noisy as people say.

GM and Strange gears work well and tend to be pretty quiet. I don't remember who makes the SLP gears that we cary but they have also set up very well.

I used one set of Richmond gears years ago. Never broke them but they made alot of noise.
