diff wont unlock This is in my 03 2500 HD pick up. Right after I got done snowplowing the rearend locked and now it wont unlock. Anyone ever had this problem ? Do I need to rebuild by diff ?

The locking differential that is installed in either the GM 9.5 or 10.5 is the Gov-loc. Once they get over 50-60 thousand miles they will start to deteriate. I searched for an exploded view but came up with nothing, the inside looks like a watch with a bunch of small moving parts. IMO you will need a new differential very soon.

The axle in your truck should be a 10.5 full float and if you want something that will live a long time you can get an open case and install a detroit locker into it.
