Default New Dana, oil questions

The past couple of days I've been working on swapping rears, and went with a Dana S60. I was assuming the nickel - quarter size bolt at the top is where you put oil in at, but how do you remove it? Mine doesn't look like an allen key, it actually looks like a circle.... Its surely a dumb question with an easy answer, but I'm about tired of figuring problems out with this swap and am taking a break for a bit anyway.

Also, I got 80/90 oil as the sticker suggested, but it mentioned an additive for Posi units. Mine has the Detroit Locker in it, so does it need the additive as well or should it be fine?

Thanks in advance, and Merry Christmas!
