did you notice a different when going to a aluminum d/s? I got one from a wrecked z 1le for like 150 bucks, Is there a difference in driveablity in terms of how fast the car revs of course it takes alot less energy to spin a aluminum d/s.

Stock aluminum DS's hold up very well. Typically, the POS 10 bolt will go before the DS will. I've replaced the stock steel DS in my 2 of my 3rd gens with 4th gen aluminum DS's. A lot less vibration - didn't feel any SOTP difference, but every little bit helps
