If your talking about the 2 big bolts that rest against the caps then yes. I ordered a new one direct from T/A performance. It was like 14 bucks and came with the bolt, jam nut, and the little metal pad that rests against the main cap. Just call them up. Here is the number. 1-408-922-6807. Hope this helps.
