Question Inter F-body rear end swap question

A guy wants to buy my 2002 3 channel rear end for his 1996 V6. Will his stock backing plates, drum brakes and ABS sensor fit right on my rear end?
The more I think about it the more I think it's a direct bolt-in fit.

Thanks

I wouldn't mind knowing this aswell... seeing as I can't seem to get the drum brakes off of the stock 10 bolt...

it all will interchange. the only difference is the 3 ch reluctor ring. the 98-02(or 3.23-3.42 geared) cars had a 1/2" wide ring, and the 93-97(3.08 or 2.73 geared) cars had a 1/4" wide ring. the tooth count is the same, it was just the difference in the width of the gear carrier from the 2-series or the 3-series. the sensor is the same as well as the housing end flange and bolt patterns.
