MWC&P: Pinion angle adjustment ?
I'm ready to set the pinion angle on my MWC 9".
1. Where is the best place on the rear to put my angle finder to determine the pinion degree?
2. If my understanding is correct then I'm to add the DS angle to the pinion angle and the result should be between -1 to -2 degrees with the suspension loaded, correct?
Thanks

I'm not sure where to position the angle finder on the housing of that rear end, but I do know that you want to SUBTRACT the angles, not add them. For example (1) - (-1) = 2 degrees of difference between the pinion and driveshaft.
I used to think that -4 + (+2) = -2, when in reality I had a pinion angle of -6!
