Default swapped rears what did i do wrong?

broke the good ol 10 bolt on my car last friday. i just so happen to of had another camaro still sitting in my driveway so i decided to swap the rears out for the time being. swapped em out and everything seemed to bolt back up fine. go to test drive the car and it doesnt want to go into 1st while sitting still and if it does it grinds. 2nd gear grinds as well when i go to shift. i have NEVER had a tranny issue, not even when i drove the car onto the lift right before i swapped the rears. also, when going to downshift to 2nd or put it in 1st when coming to a stop the same thing happens its like a brick wall or just grinds when going in.

what could i have done to cause this? i didnt even touch the tranny lol something with driveshaft?

thanks ahead of time

Sounds like a clutch/Hydro issue. Check fluid level in the resivoir and try bleeding the clutch.
