Default Angles for pinion and tailshaft

Bought some new U-Joints today(Precision:greasable). I plan on installing them this weekend. I recently installed an ES poly trans mount and think I need to shim my trans x-member.

Anyone know what the stock pinion and tailshaft angles are? I'd like to make sure I eliminate as much vibration as I can with this mount.

thanks!

Has anybody set their pinion angle with the drive shaft installed? I'm too lazy and don't want to pull my drive shaft.. I have a Random Tech T/A. My problem is I don't know where I can put my digital angle meter on the rear end that would be a flat level surface..

I'll pull the ds if I have too.. but I don't wanna..

you have to yank shaft.trans will be zero from the factory.rear can be measured on the back yoke with a straight edge, set at zero for handling or point the rear down 1-2 degrees for dragin, this should work.

So I get under my car today and remove the x-member and the driveshaft. I start to remove the u-joints and notice that they are held in by clips and not injected plastic. They are spicer non greasable ujoints and there is a date engraved on the yoke. I think they have been replaced in the past year according to the date. Well, I can't get these damn u-joints out. I don't have a press and my vise doesn't open wide enough.

This sucks. I know I am not going to be able to get this done this week because of x-mas.
