Default 12 bolt vent tube leak ahhhh

Since I got this 12 bolt moser rear end about 5 yrs ago its constantly puking fluid threw the vent tube.Facts dont have it overfilled have had all diffrent length hoses on the vent didnt make a diffrence.Why does it never end man makes a mess underneath.What can I do to remedy this problem besides selling the rear which is what I might do.Can I run a catch can that is vented has anyone tried that man this gets old fast

Never heard of this problem before. I've had my rear for about 2 1/2 years with no issues.

I know you said it isn't overfilled, but to which fill plug do you have it filled to?
There is a fill plug on the side of the housing, and if you have the optional alum cover, there is one back there? Bob

I have it filled to the plug on the housing passenger side,i do have the aluminum cover.should I try just two quarts in it and see what happens?

Make sure the vent is not blocked.When the vent is clogged oil will come out

I just put a new brass fitting in the axle tube just verify that noghting was clogged.

On my 9-inch I have a breather mounted up above rear end. Got it at autozone. It is like a valve cover breather for and import car. works great for me.

update drained fluid put in 80/90 castrol gear oil 2 1/2 quarts and its been fine.knock on wood before I had a mixture of 140 and 80 90 in it so might have been just the fluid.
