Default Anyone Fab up their own 12 bolt or 9"

Just wondering if anyone has fabbed up a 12 bolt or 9" from a rear they found from a junkyard, or if everyone is buying them prefabbed.

I fabbed up my 9". Was alot cheaper and not really that hard to do. Hardest part was finding a 9" that was the right length so I didn't have to have it narrowed. Mine is an 87 TA. I found a ton of 9" that would fit under a 4th Gen F-body but they were all to wide for me.

Either rear will go in, do your measurements to accomodate your wheel selection then buy or build this set up

If you have to or wish to keep your TQ arm you can still have a mount fabricated instead.
