moser 12 bolt through bolts?

moser 12 bolt through bolts? is it possible to drill through the moser 12 bolt and put through bolts on the torque arm? my top bolts came out and forced me to rent a u-haul from the track
stripped the threads on top of the axle and bent the bracket...i have the tooling to do any machine work ill need to get this problem SOLVED

Mine also came loose.
I drilled the bolts for safety cable. I used locktight and used lock washers under bolts. With the 3 locking features, I never had a bolt loosen on my 12 bolt.

Safety wire is the best way to make sure the bolts don't loosen back up. Bob
