Default 3.73's installed, tops out low?

I just had the 3.73's installed about a week ago, already got the break-in miles done(yea, i've been busy!) and now whenever I do a highway pull, i'll get to about 115 to 120 and get up towards the redline but it won't shift into 4th, it'll just keep going like it's gonna hit the rev limiter. Is it because i haven't had it tuned yet and the shift points are off? I had it tuned to fix the speedo but haven't had the dyno/street tune done yet so the shift points are still set to accommodate the 2.73's

Is your OD locked out @ WOT?

If your only running to 115 that would be in 3rd gear. Lots of guys on here say when you have an A4 you HAVE to lock out OD becasue it cant handle the power with the lower gears shifting under WOT pulls. I never heard of any problem with a gear swap and shift point being off. But i also never had 2.73s to start with.
I had a set of 4.10s and i ran WOT through my OD and never had any problems.
My car would run around 135-140 range.

you need to adjust your shift points to the new gears. I just had to have this done when I went to 3:89's.

ok cool, I thought that's what it was but was unsure, I'm sure after the tune she'll be good. I appreciate it!
