This guy remembers and pays attention well.

The only way you can go narrower than -3.5 per side is by narrowing the LCA brackets plus running race brakes, we can then get you -5 to -5.5 per side depending on housing ends. Keep in mind when narrowing your rear end to chose your wheels first because some manufactures do 4"BS, 5"BS, and so on were others will go 4.5"BS, or 5.5"BS. Then there are manufactures that will do what ever you want.

-4 can be done, it depends on the housing ends you use. What are you doing for E-brake bracket?

using ford explorer brakes. they have built in brackets. just need to modify the cable ends and adjust it under the car at the handle.

Ah gotcha, we stay in that -3.5 maximum range so guys don't have to modify anything and can use stock brakes and still maintain their E-brake by using our supplied E-brake bracket.

explorer brakes work great , fit inside a 15 inch drag wheel, can use 9 inch housing ends welded to the 8.8 tubes like i did and they bolt right on. e brake was also very easy to make work. and i swear it stops better now. the ford stuff is beefy.

Question, how much can you narrow the rear without having to tub the car? Or is that even possible?

I ended up doing I believe 3.5" per side, with a 4.5 inch backspace wheel! and it fit awesome, I had to cut the bump stops out to clear everything good!

I'm going to bump this back up in hopes of seeing some more narrowed rear end setups. Trying to figure out what wheels I'm going to go with after I get my narrowed 3" 8.8 rear end here in the near future.
