So in the massive process of doing an engine swap, I've come upon a garbage 95 Z28 that I gutted. I want the rear disc brakes to transplant into my 96 3.8, and the donor rear end is a 3.42 Posi. The rear end in it now is a 3.23. I don't want any performance gain, since I'll need a mosier rear end eventually, but I want to get my nose out of the books that say it'll make a 4mph/gear difference and ask some people that may have done it already.

Any adverse side effects to swapping over?
They're both 3-channel ABS, same sensors, can I plug and play?

i cant remember if there were different brake proportioning valves or anything when you go from drum to disk. abs out to plug right in.
