Default ms4 cam "thinking of switching gear"

Im about to rebuild my rear and Im thinking of switching my gears from a 373 to a 430, my mods are in my sig. I was wondering if Id pick up any et.

Id say gains would be minimal or non existant being that it is an automatic with a big stall.. at least from what I've seen.

Ideally you want your gearing set so that you are hitting just past peak power as you are crossing the finish line in your 1:1 gear, in this case 3rd. So, if your engine made peak power at say 6200, and holds for a couple hundred RPM before it drops, set your gearing so that you will be hitting the line at 6600 or so.
