Default Can you shorten a Aluminum DS

Well I am thinking about going powerglide of 4L80e and if i did the 80e I think i would need to shorten up my drive-shaft.

Is it possible to shorten a PST aluminum DS? I am sure I would have to get a new slip yolk cause the splines are different.

Thanks
Ryan

You have to have something that has some power to really turn to a 4L80 or 2 speed powerglide, not? Shouldn't you focus on a engine first
