Exact same thing happened to me a few days ago. Found only one torsen bolt head but I appear to be missing two.. 
I want to replace those bolts without removing anything, but I think that will take some magic.

Do any of you guys with blown up Torsens have the center block (also called a paddle) and securing bolt still? I may need one shipped to 98112, or I'll pick up if you're in the Seattle area. Let me know how much, please. Thanks a lot.
