how to tell differentials carriers apart I have searched and couldn't find an answer to this question. I had to buy a used 10 bolt to replace my old one for the time being as I'm saving for a 9 inch. The person I bought the 10 bolt from had no idea what gears or diff is in there and I don't know how to identify it other than door codes but he doesn't have the car it was out of anymore and my car is tuned and calibrated for 4.10 gears so I'm trting to figure out series carrier I have to order the right ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
