Default Oil suggestion

Hello guys, this question probably has been asked before but i thought i ask!
I recently changed my gears and i like to know what kind of oil i should use after i change the one that is there after i brake them in for some miles? I have a E locker limited slip with 3.73 gears. Is the amsoil 75-90 any good? How about trans fluid using amsoil also? thanks ahead.

The Amsoil SEVERE GEAR is TOP SHELF stuff!!

But, it is not the be all, end all, IF you are willing to spend even more than it's premium, 'boutique' price.
