Default tranny and rear end fluid change!

Hey guys. I read a lot of posts on here on what fluids to use for tranny and rear ends. I'm changing fluids this weekend and just want the best fluids going into my car. Would like some good solid opinions!

I have a 99 ws6 6spd with a 12bolt auburn posi with 373's and 33 spine axles.

Thanks guy!!

I've ran both GM synchromesh and regular NAPA Dex III in my T56 and never noticed any difference. I chose the NAPA Dex III for the last change I did since I didn't notice any difference in shifting between the 2, and the NAPA is cheaper.

The rear diff I use NAPA 75w-90 gear oil and throw in a bottle of Delco limited slip additive.

Pennzoil Synchromesh for my T56 and Mobile 1 Synthetic Gear Lubricant LS 75W-90 for my stock 10 bolt.
