gears to match up with a TR & PT4400?

gears to match up with a TR & PT4400? ok just wondering what gears you guys would suggest going with on an a4 with TR cam and a yank pt4400?? thinkin 3.73 or 4.10? i'm lookin for the strongest gears available too, so if anyone can help me out i'd greatly appreciate it.
