Well, I placed the order for the aluminum PST driveshaft (including Sonnax yolk) with MWC. I forgot to ask if the driveshaft includes u-joints...

Thanks for the order!

All of the MWC driveshafts are complete assembled, balanced, and ready to install.

I picked up my Moser 12-bolt from my buddy locally 8 years ago. Its seen 6k clutch dumps in 3700+ pound 350rwhp cars a whole bunch of times, and now stands up to 5500 dumps launching on nitrous. 1.3 60 fts. 3600 pound raceweight, stock t56, mcleod street twin, 4.11 gears, trans mounted torque arm, strano springs, kyb agx shocks.

12 year old Moser, never been touched besides fresh fluid, holds up fine so far. But it is LOUD as ****. I am planning on having it freshened up in hopes to quiet it down, hasn't ever changed in loudness, but its just aggravating when im driving 3-4 hours at a time to events.

I appreciate you coming in and letting everyone know your experience with your 12-bolt. This is the issue we run into from past customers as well. They get gear noise over time and this is why we no longer recommend them and it has been this way for many years. There is just better options out there when spending your money on a "new" rear end.

There is no doubt I would buy a fab 9 from you if I was in the market today. But I got this 33 spline, eaton diff, etc 4k Moser for 1500 bucks from a friend 8 years ago. He went to a 9 inch. Hoping a new gear set will get it quiet, but if it doesn't I will part ways with it.

To those who have contacted me regarding this build, I will have a complete update and review of the MWC fabricated 9" at some point in the near future.
