Installed my moser 12bolt today. The driveshaft that came with the car is acat carbon fiber. When I dropped my stock ds the new cf one was 1/4 longer than stock. Is that too long to run on the setup? I put the cf one in and the slip yoke seemed pretty close to the trans housing.

Any help is appreciated

1/4 should be fine. Need to cycle the suspension to make sure it doesnt bind.

Exactly, every car is different. Try it out but I'm certain you'll be fine.
