M6 or auto? I loved the 3.73's in my auto z28. Really woke the car up. Most of the M6 guys like 4.10's. This is assuming you stay bolt on and N/A. If you go power adder you'll have to chose gear ratios more carefully.

Cheers

Got ya. The corvette guys seem to really like the 3.90 gears but I'm way out of my element saying more than that.

Well ive had 3.42 3.73 and now i have 4.11 in my trans am 6 spd car and i have to say 4.11 all the way. It really woke the car up. With 3.42 it use to tac about 1700 @70mph with 3.73 it was about 2000 at 70 and with 4.11 its 2100-2200 at 70. When i ordered my new rear i thought it had 4.11 well i had it in the shop last yr cause the gears were whinning well the guy changed them out i told him 4.11 wich i thought thats what i had all along well i get the car back drive it and i could tell a diff like somethings different i asked the guy if he new he told me count the teeth on my old gears ans i did they were 3.73s
