I replaced my rear end with a moser fab 9. I also replace the panhard bar, lcas, torque arm, trans brace all moser. Bmr anti roll bar extreme and bmr cross member with drive shaft saftey loop and bmr weld in sub fram connectors 2 pt. I can only mount the torque arm in the top mount because of the exhaust y pipe. We checked over all the bolts and lug nuts on the tires. When I am driving every once in a while I have a thud and it feels like it is coming from under the frt seets. I have my pinion angle at -2 as recommended. I am getting under the car tomorrow to check everything out again. Any other suggestiins what to look at.

Is it one of the bolt in tunnel mount torque arms or a full length arm with transmission crossmember?

It is a full length torque arm. It mounts off the trans on the trans cross member.

Do you get a vibration at highway speed? What method of setting pinion angle did you use? What transmission mount are you running?

Hi Brian, I would check to make sure nothing is hitting the floor. I suspect you'll find scratches on the underneath side of the floor where something is occasionally rubbing it. Bob

We have the drive line angle at -2. Moser sent a trans crossmember and we used the old trans mount. I looked under the car this morning and thought I seen 2 marks in the tunnel at the top of the torque arm by the rear end. I need to find time to get the car on jack stands and get a better look.
