Default Strange s60 bolts loosening

I've had this rear in the car since 2007. The 4 drivers side c clip eliminator bracket bolts come loose after 4-5k miles. I've changed the bearing and seal once already. I've tried red 272 loctite and green bearing mount 680 loctite with different types of nuts and all come loose. I fixed the passenger side with red loctite but the driver side keeps coming loose. Has anyone had this issue with these rears?

I do not think I have ever seen a S60 for a F-Body with C-Clip Eliminators on it instead of the F-Body specific ends. Granted it is 10 years old maybe they did upon request.

The problem with C-Clip Eliminators is they tend to have issues with street vehicles as they do not take side loads very well. If it was my rear end I would contact a local custom shop and look at eliminating the eliminators and putting 9" style ends on.

I so wanted a MWC Fab 9 but due to current funding and my desire to get the car finished the S60 was the direction I went. It's heavy and beefy that's for sure. If I'm not mistaken the axles are held in place by four square bolts with nuts at each end of the axle tubes and there are no c clips but I could be mistaken.

Guess I'm confused on what they are called. But it's the 4 bolts holding the axle in. Robbed these pics from another member that same problem.

Are you using a locking flange nut, if not do so as it will hold on better than just a flange nut.

I will see if I can find one with the right fine thread. You don't think there's an issue if loctite won't hold it?

Loctite does fine for things that do not have any movement but not on something that has constant moving force against it like axle housing ends. If you drive straight only you will be fine with loctite.

Are you using the B1105D (for taper bearinng) or B1105DB (for roller bearing) spacer between the housing end and the brake backing plate? This is shown in the S60 assembly instructions for '98-02' brakes. See item #5 in the attached screenshot. If you don't have the spacer, you might be distorting the brake baking plate to take up the gap which will lead to the nuts loosening.
