Default leak

thinking about sleeving the yolk to help prevent leaking. its really dumping out.

there are two different pinion seals,could be you have the wrong one.

Just for reference I went with the non triple lip seal on my 2000 SS and it worked perfectly

This is the one I bought. Its the the 10 bolt 7.5 stock unit and its timken. Pretty sure its right.
