Question QP advise...deal or no deal?

I have been in the process of building a M6 2002 Trans Am Ws6. Forged Lq9 with D1 Procharger hoping to be in the 700 to 750hp to the wheels. the last peice of the puzzle is to get the damn 10 bolt out and replace. Anyway i found a guy with a new in box Quick Performance 9". It has the 35 eaton trutrac and the yukon nodular iron center section, the center section is new fabricated (light and strong), aluminun daytona pinion support, billet yoke, no back brace unfortunately, 35 spline moser axles, which i would have change the gears tho (4,11s, to low). he is asking 2200$, but i would have to take a 4 hour road trip and thats IF he can meet me halfway. Also unsure if this works with my UMI adjustable toque arm(?). Any advise? thanks

If it's a full length torque arm then it should work. My buddy has one with the stock arm
