9" or 12 bolt? A4 w/ F11, 3200Vig, draglites, Qa1's, Full bolt ons
I will most likely have to buy a new rear this season.. so i am going to plan ahead.. Launching with my 3200 Vig on draglites w/ MT ET street drags and a Qa1 set up.. Especially pushing full bolt ons and F11 cam.. probably will only take a couple good hooks to blow out my rear..
I also may be spraying a 50-75 shot of nitrous out of the hole in the future.. Also mention any personal experience with either rear or specific companies!
Thanks a lot! appreciate all the help
Main questions:
1. What rear will be the best for my set up?
2. Which rear won't start Whining like crazy after a couple hard launches?
3. Most dependable of the 2?
4. Which brands are most preferred?

go with a 9" you'll never break it. it is also cheaper to change the gears out. also go with 3.73's the 42's arnt enough gear. if you go with a 12 bolt go with Strange. (see my post in "not another whitch rear end post" or call BMR Fabrication and ask why you shouldnt go with a moser)

I think you would be fine with a 12 bolt unless you are planning a trans brake in you future. The 12 bolt is lighter, drives better, and is more effecient than the 9" will be (especially if you go with a 35 spline 9"). If you are really concerned about being able to swap out center sections with different gears, consider the strange drop out 12 bolt center section. It uses a 9" housing, and drops out just like a 9" center section does, but is lighter and robs less HP. From what I have heard on the forums and seen with my Moser 9" housing, I would reccomend you go with Strange.
